Flip your text upside down using special Unicode characters. Copy and paste anywhere.
This tool flips your text upside down by replacing each character with its inverted Unicode equivalent. The result looks like your text has been rotated 180 degrees, and it can be copied and pasted into any platform that supports Unicode. It works with letters, numbers, and common punctuation marks.
Each letter of the alphabet has a Unicode character that visually resembles it when flipped upside down. For example, "a" maps to the International Phonetic Alphabet character "ɐ", "b" maps to "q", and "e" maps to "ǝ". The tool replaces each character in your input with its flipped counterpart and reverses the order so the text reads naturally when viewed upside down.
The tool covers all 26 lowercase letters, uppercase letters, digits 0-9, and common punctuation including periods, commas, question marks, exclamation marks, parentheses, and brackets. Characters without a clear upside-down equivalent are left as-is.
The "Reverse character order" checkbox controls whether the output is also reversed left-to-right. When enabled (the default), the flipped text reads naturally when you physically rotate your screen. When disabled, only the individual characters are flipped without reversing the order.
